الحماية القانونية لعمل المراة في الفقه و القانون

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف إلى تناول حق المرأة في العمل وفقاً لما أقرته المواثيق الدولية والتشريعات المعاصرة، وبحث الجوانب الاجتماعية المتعلقة بعمل المرأة، بالإضافة إلى دراسة وتقييم الحماية التي يوفرها القانون لهذا الحق وحمايتها من المخاطر التي قد تتعرض لها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه في ظل تنامي الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها حق المرأة في العمل، والمخاطر التي تتعرض لها، تحركت العديد من المنظمات الدولية- وعلى رأسها منظمة الأمم المتحدة- إلى إقرار العديد من الأحكام التي تحمي المرأة وحقها في العمل The study aimed to addressing of women's right to work as approved by international conventions and contemporary legislation, and to research the social aspects related to women's work, in addition to studying and evaluating the protection provided by law to women's right to work and protecting them from the risk that they may by exposed. The study concluded that in light of the increasing violations of women's right to work, and the risks they face in the field of work, many international organizations moved to adopt many provisions that protect women and their right to work
