Résumé: لقد كان دور المرأة الجزائرية منذ الأزل فعالا في المجتمع الجزائرية , أولا كأم و ركيزة أسرة و تلتها مساهمتها المتزايدة في حياة العمل إحدى ركائز التغيير الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي الذي تعيشه الجزائر منذ الاستقلال . فبعد أن ناضلت على قدم المساواة مع المجاهدين إبان الثورة التحريرية حيث فرضت احترامها و تقديرها من قبل المجتمع.أقحمت نفسها في عالم الشغل بعد الاستقلال كمواطنة كاملة الحقوق لبناء الدولة الاشتراكية التي تبنتها الجزائر غدا الحرية وناضلت لتحقيق مبدأ المساواة بينها وبين أخيها الرجل في جميع الميادين و أصبحت عضوا فعالا لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه. الكلمات المفتاحية : الحماية – القانونية – المراة- العاملة –المساواة Abstract : The role of Algerian women has been effective since time immemorial in Algerian society, first as a mother and a pillar of a family, followed by her increasing contribution to working life, one of the pillars of the social and economic change that Algeria has experienced since independence. After she struggled on an equal footing with the mujahideen during the liberation revolution, where she imposed her respect and appreciation by society. She inserted herself into the world of work after independence as a full-fledged citizen with full rights to build the socialist state that Algeria adopted tomorrow freedom and struggled to achieve the principle of equality between her and her brother man in all fields and Become an effective and irreplaceable member.
