Résumé: This study aimed to identify the role of electronic marketing in improving the quality of insurance services through its five dimensions (the use of social networking sites, marketing and optimization through search engines, after content marketing (website), after e-mail, the use of telephone social networking sites) to improve the quality of Insurance services in the National Insurance Company of Algeria-caat-Mila. To achieve this, we relied on the use of the descriptive analytical method using the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the study. A questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting data. It was presented to a number of specialized arbitrators. ) questionnaire, and the number of valid questionnaires for analysis was (80), and we used appropriate statistical methods through spss programs. Where the study reached some important results that there is an effect of electronic marketing in improving the quality of insurance services. Through its five dimensions (the use of social networking sites, marketing and optimization through search engines, after content marketing (website), after e-mail, the use of telephone social networking sites) to improve the quality of insurance services, at the level of significance (less than 0.05) As this effect appeared clearly through the application of the questionnaire, and the statistical analysis of all variables of the study.
