أثر ديناميكية شبكة النقل البحري المنتظم على نمو تجارة إعادة التصدير: دراسة قياسية لمجموعة من الدول للفترة (2012-2019)

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذا البحث تحليل وقياس تأثير ديناميكية النقل البحري المنتظم على تجارة إعادة التصدير من خلال مؤشر النقل البحري المنتظم ومؤشر النقل البحري المنتظم الثنائي لـ 08 دول رائدة في تجارة إعادة التصدير تقع في 04 قارات مختلفة خلال الفترة 2012-2019 باستخدام نماذج بانل. وبينت النتائج أن هناك علاقة طردية بين درجة الارتباط بالشبكة العالمية للنقل البحري المنتظم والتجارة الوسيطة، كما بينت أن هناك علاقة طردية بشكل أكبر بين الارتباط بالنقل البحري المنتظم الثنائي وتجارة إعادة التصدير بالرغم من التباعد الجغرافي لمراكز التجارة الوسيطة، وعلى الدول التي تعتمد في صياغة سياستها التصديرية على تجارة إعادة التصدير تحسين ارتباطها بالخطوط العالمية للنقل البحري المنتظم لاسيما الخطوط التي تربطها بالدول الرائدة في هذا النوع من التجارة قصد زيادة تدفق سلعها الوسيطة. In this research, we try to analyze and measure the impact of liner shipping’s dynamics on re-export trade through the regular shipping index and the bilateral regular shipping indicator for 08 leading countries in re-export trade located in 04 different continents during the period 2012-2019 using panel models. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between the degree of connection to the global network of liner shipping and intermediary trade. The results also proved that there is a more direct relationship between the connection to bilateral liner shipping and re-export trade despite the geographical distance of the intermediary trade hubs, and on the countries that depend in formulating their export policy. Ultimately, we recommend that the re-export trade should further its connection with the international lines of regular shipping, especially the lines that link it to the country’s leading in this type of trade, in order to increase the flow of their intermediate goods
