Résumé: باستخدام مقاربتي العمق الاستراتيجي والعثمانية الجديدة، نحاول في هذا المقال فحص الإشكالية التي تبحث في الكيفية التي تسعى بها السياسة الخارجية التركية إلى تأمين حاجاتها من الغاز في منطقة شرق المتوسط. وبافتراض أن المتغير الطاقوي هو الدافع الرئيسي للتنافس بين الدول الاقليمية والدولية من أجل توسيع النفوذ من جهة، والحصول على مكاسب لها في المنطقة. تبعا لذلك، يسلط الضوء على واقع الطاقة في تركيا، الذي تحول بفعل حاجتها الملحة له الى مسألة أمنية بامتياز، لكونها أحد أهم مقومات النهضة الاقتصادية، وأحد الركائز الأساسية لدعم دور تركيا الاقليمي والدولي كمركز في عملية نقل مصادر الطاقة، ونتيجة لذلك اخذت مكانة متميزة في أجندة السياسة الخارجية التركية. وبذلك تبحث الدراسة في دوافع اهتمام تركيا بمنطقتي ليبيا والحوض الشرقي للمتوسط،. الكلمات المفتاحية: أمن الطاقة، السياسة الخارجية، منطقة شرق المتوسط، تركيا، سياسة الطاقة Using the New Ottomanism and Strategic Depth approaches, we try in this article to examine the problem of how Turkish foreign policy seeks to secure its gas needs in the Eastern Mediterranean region. Assuming that the energy variable is the main motivation for competition between regional and international States in order to expand influence on the one hand and gain gains in the region. Accordingly, it highlights the energy reality in Turkey, which, as a result of its urgent need, has been transformed into a privileged security issue, being one of the most important components of the economic renaissance, and one of the main pillars of Turkey's regional and international role as a hub in the energy transfer process, as a result of which it has taken a distinct place in the Turkish foreign policy agenda.
