Etude Étymosémantique Des Patronymes De La Région De Touggourt
Résumé: This study, tagged "etymological and semantic study of the nicknames of the Touggourt region", aims to know the meaning and origin of the nicknames of the Touggourt region. Briefly, this work includes two chapters entitled as follows: Theoretical framework and history of Algerian names in Algeria, objective classification, the origin and significance of the nicknames of the Touggourt region. In the first chapter, we dealt with theoretical concepts related to the field of study, after which we focused our attention on the origins of family names in Algeria and their development throughout history. With regard to the second chapter, we have classified the surnames under a set of objective categories and conducted a etymological and semantic analysis of these surnames
