Résumé: In the context of applying safety rules in industrial activities, and as an attempt from the country to increase awareness about prevention and security in industrial companies and to maintain human, structural and even environmental capital; the HSE has been adapted in most of its industrial companies. This approach (HSE) aims primarily to reduce occupational accidents and risks based on offering a safe and healthy work environment, and ensure the highest level of industrial safety using modern safety systems. In addition, the approach attempts to limit the negative effects of industrial activities on the surrounding environment. All this represents the emphasis of the present case study held in DML- Aghwat-Algeria.
