مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تفعيل التطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسة "nca Rouïba"

Résumé: جاء هذا البحث من أجل الوقوف على أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على التطوير التنظيمي بمحاوره الثلاثة (الأفراد، جماعات العمل والتنظيم) في مؤسسة "NCA Rouïba" ، حيث تم الاعتماد على تحليل نتائج الاستبيان باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي "SPSS" مع الاستعانة بالملاحظة الشخصية لتفسير النتائج الإحصائية. تم التوصل إلى توفّر كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتطوير التنظيمي بدرجة مرتفعة في مؤسسة "NCA Rouïba"، فضلاً عن وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية غير قوية بين هذين المتغيرين في هذه المؤسسة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، وكذلك الأمر بالنسبة لارتباط تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع محاور التطوير التنظيمي (الأفراد، جماعات العمل والتنظيم)، حيث تؤثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في التطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسة "NCA Rouïba" بنسبة %14.36. Abstract: This research came in order to find out the impact of information technology on organizational development in its three axes (individuals, work groups and organization) in the "NCA Rouïba" corporation. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the "SPSS" statistical program with the use of the results of personal observations to explain Statistical results. The availability of both information technology and organizational development was found at a high degree in "NCA Rouïba" corporation, in addition to the presence of a non-strong direct correlation between these two variables in this corporation at a significance level of 0.01, and the same is true for the association of information technology with the axes of organizational development (individuals , Work groups and organization), as information technology affects organizational development at "NCA Rouïba" by 14.36%.
