التحصين الطبيعي لعواصم المغرب الأوسط The Natural Immunizing Of Central Maghreb Capitals

Résumé: عُدّ التحصين الطبيعي منذ القِدم أحد أبرز شروط حُسن اختيار مواقع المدن، فهو الركيزة المُكملة للاستحكامات الدفاعية التي تذود عن الحواضر أيام الحصارات الطويلة والوقائع الحربية، بل إنه الأصل في صياغة منظومة التحصينات وحسن تموضُّعها وفق منظور حربي تكتيكي يُبرز مراكز القوة ويُخفي مواطن الضعف، ولهذا لم يغْفَله علماء المسلمين لاقترانه بوجوب حفظ النفس كإحدى الأولويات القُصوى الواجب على الرّاعي مراعاتها كمسؤول عن الرعية، فما كان من بُناة عواصم المغرب الأوسط إلاّ أن سعوا لضمان الميزة الأمنية الدفاعية الطبيعية عند تخطيط عواصمهم التي مثلت مراكز القيادة؛ بدءًا بالرستميين في تيهرت وسدراتة، انتقالا إلى ما شيّده ملوك صنهاجة بـأشير والقلعة الحمادية وبجاية، انتهاءً بتلمسان عاصمة بني زيان الزناتيين. ABSTRACT: The natural immunizing is one of the most important conditions for a good selection of city sites since old time. It is a supplementary basic for offensive fortification that preserve cities in days of sieges and wars. And It’s the origin of all fortification plan with its good position from the tactical side which reveals points of power and hides points of weaknesses. the Muslim jurists did not overlook it, because of its association with the obligation of self-preservation as one of the highest priorities of the governor due to his population. The builders of the capitals of the Central Maghreb sought to ensure the natural defensive security advantage when planning their capitals, which represented command centers; Starting with the “Rostamites” in both “Tihert” and “Sedrata”, moving to what was built by the kings of “Sanhaja” in “Achir”, the “Hammadid Qul’a (castle)” and “Bejaia”, ending with “Tlemcen”, the capital of “Beni Zayan” the “Zenati
