التحليل الموازي والتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي لإستبانة الاتصال الداخلي في مركب Gl4/z بأرزيو

Résumé: يهدف البحث الحالي للكشف عن صحة البنية العاملية لإستبانة الاتصال الداخلي لدى عينة من العمال داخل مركب GL4/z بأرزيو، ومن ثم التحقق من دلالة استخراج العوامل، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من(141) عاملا وعاملة، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي لإستبانة الاتصال الداخلي قد أسفر عن استخراج The current research aims to check the validity of the global structure to identify the internal communication among a sample of workers inside the GL4 / z in Arzew, and then verify the significance of extracting factors, where the study sample consisted of (141) workers. Where the results showed that the exploratory factor analysis of the internal communication resulted in the extraction of three (3) factors. After performing a parallel analysis of Horn, two factors (2) were extracted, Then the questionnaire was subjected to confirmatory factor analysis to confirm the factor structureثلاثة (3) عوامل، وبعد إجراء التحليل الموازي لهورن تم استخراج عاملين كامنين (2)، بعدها أخضعت الاستبانة للتحليل العاملي التوكيدي لتثبيت بنية العاملين.
