مساهمة تكنولوجيا الاتصال( الانترانت، والأنترنت) في التنبؤ بالاتصال الداخلي في مركب Gl4/z بأرزيو

Résumé: يهدف البحث الحالي للكشف عن مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في التنبؤ بالاتصال الداخلي لدى عبنة من عمال مركب GL4/zبأرزيو بلغ عددها 141، مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. حيث أظهرت النتائج مساهمة بعد الانترانت في التنبؤ بالاتصال الداخلي، كما أن هناك فروق في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات تبعا للفئات المهنية والأقدمية والتفاعل بينهما. The current research aimed to detect the contribution of information technology to the prediction of internal communication among a sample of GL4/z workers(141w) in Arzew, using the descriptive analytical method where the results showed the contribution of the intranet in predicting internal communication, There are also differences in the use of information technology according to the Professional groups and Seniority at work and the interaction between them.
