Résumé: استحدث المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون العضوي 19-07 السلطة المستقلة للانتخابات كهيئة مستقلة تسهر على تنظيم، ورقابة العملية الإنتخابية في جميع مراحلها، ونظرا لأهمية هذا الدور وحساسية العملية الإنتخابية ووجوب أن تتم في إطار النزاهة والشفافية، وجب على المشرع وضع أحكام وقواعد قانونية تنظم هذه السلطة، وتضمن أداء عملها بكل حياد واستقلالية، وقصد تحقيق هذه الغاية أحاط المشرع السلطة المستقلة وأعضاءها بالعديد من الضمانات.The Algerian legislator has created under Organic Law 19-07 the Independent Electoral Authority as an independent body that oversees the organization and supervision of the electoral process in all its stages, and given the importance of this role and the sensitivity of the electoral process and that it must take place within the framework of integrity and transparency, the legislator must set legal provisions and rules regulating this authority And included performing its work in an impartial and independent manner. In order to achieve this goal, the legislator surrounded the independent authority and its members with Many Guarantees.
