Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مصادر الضغط النفسي لدى المرحلة الابتدائية، في ولاية المسيلة، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قدرها 100 معلم ومعلمة ،يدرسون في المرحلة الابتدائية حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا استبيان للضغوط النفسية لتحقيق أهداف البحث ،وبعد جمع المعلومات وتبويبها وتحليلها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت النتائج على عدم تحقق الفرضيات القائلة: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مصادر الضغط النفسي تعزى إلى الجنس، والفرضية القائلة بوجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا في مصادر الضغط النفسي تعزى إلى الخبرة المهنية The study aimed to identify the sources of psychological stress at the primary stage, in the Wilayat of M'sila. This study was conducted on a sample of 100 male and female teachers who study at the elementary level.
