قراءة في تداعيات جائحة كورونا Covid-19 الوصم الاجتماعي أنموذجا

Résumé: The issue of social stigma comes as an extension to the Corona virus pandemic repercussions in terms of the effects it has on all social levels, and the expression of the society’s inability to create adaptive mechanisms to the effects imposed by the pandemic in an accelerated and unprecedented time context in its psychological, social, health, informational dimensions, etc. This resulted in exclusionary practices that embodied the most important manifestations of social stigma and symbolic violence towards the individuals suspected of being infected, infected individuals, health-care providers, as well as the recovered individuals, as a result of the health requirements imposed (home quarantine, health isolation, physical distancing, etc), which promoted blaming , discriminatory behavior and racism, and social exclusion and marginalization. In detail, our research aims at introducing the social stigma associated with the Corona virus pandemic of multiple dimensions in the light of its manifestations, causes, consequences and repercussions, strategies, and possible solutions to reduce it, and as a forward-looking vision for the features of the post-pandemic phase. تأتي إشكالية الوصم الاجتماعي امتدادا لتداعيات جائحة كورونا من حيث تأثيراتها على التَكوينات الاجتماعية على اختلاف مستوياتها، وتعبيرا عن عدم قدرة المجتمع على خلق آليات تكيّفية مع مضامين فرضتها الجائحة في سياق زمني متسارع، وغير مسبوق في بعدها النفسي والاجتماعي، الصحي والمعلوماتي...،ما ترتّب عليها القيام بممارسات إقصائية جسّدت أهم تمظهرات الوصم الاجتماعي والعنف الرمزي تّجاه الأشخاص المشتبه في إصابتهم والمصابين ومقدّمي الرعاية الصّحية وكذا المتعافين...كنتاج للاشتراطات الصحّية المفروضة (الحجر المنزلي، العزل الصحي والتّباعد الجسدي...) والتّي عزّزت بدورها إلقاء اللّوم، السّلوك التّمييزي والعنصريّة، النّبذ والتهميش الاجتماعي. وتفصيلا في ذلك تهدف ورقتنا البحثية للإسهام بطرح قراءة للوصم الاجتماعي المرتبط بجائحة كورونا كوفيد19متعّددة المداخل والأبعاد في ضوء تمظهراته، أسبابه، تبعاته وتداعياته الاستراتيجيات والحلول الممكنة للحدّ منه كرؤية استشرافية لملامح مرحلة ما بعد الجائحة.
