التمكين الإداري لدى عمال قطاع التربية و التعليم (أساتذة و إداريين) في ظل جائحة كورونا(كوفيد19)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة التمكين الإداري لدى عمال قطاع التربية و التعليم(أساتذة و داريين) في ظل جائحة كوفيد19في المؤسسات التالية ابتدائية هلالبة عبد الرحمان و متوسطة شلاوشي جلول و ثانوية الأمير عبد القادر ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبق استبيان على عينة قوامها (40)، أظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية يساهم التمكين الإداري في التخفيف من الأثار النفسية و الاجتماعية للعمال قطاع التربية(أساتذة -إداريين)في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد19). كلمات مفتاحية: التمكين الإداري، جائحة كورونا، كوفيد19، الأثار النفسية و الاجتماعية. ABSTRACT: The present study aimed to know the knowledge of administrative empowerment among the workers of the education sector (professors and administrators) in light of the Covid 19 pandemic in the following institutions: Primary Helbah Abd El Rahman, And medium Shalawshi Jalloul, and Prince Abdul Qadir High School, The descriptive analytical approach was used, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a sample questionnaire consisting of (40), The study showed the following results: Administrative empowerment contributes to mitigating the psychological and social impacts of workers in the education sector (professors - administrative) in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19).
