بيئة العمل الداخلية وعلاقتها بمستوى الضغط النفسي لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي بمدينة الأغواط (دراسة إرتباطية تنبؤية)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين بيئة العمل الداخلية والضغط النفسي لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي ، وكذا إمكانية التنبؤ بمستوى الضغط النفسي من خلال بيئة العمل الداخلية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لهذه الدراسة كما شملت عيّنة الدّراسة (80) أستاذ وأستاذة ( 30 منهم ذكور و50 إناث). واستُخدم في الدّراسة أداتين لغرض جمع البيانات اللازمة وهما: استبيان بيئة العمل الداخلية، من إعداد الباحث ، ومقياس الضغط النفسي من إعداد " ليفينشتاين وآخرون" (سنة1995). وجاءت النتائج كما يلي: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا وعكسية بين بيئة العمل الداخلية ومستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الأساتذة أفراد عيّنة الدّراسة. - إمكانية التّنبؤ بمستوى الضغط النفسي من خلال بيئة العمل الداخلية لدى الأساتذة أفراد عيّنة الدّراسة، بنسبته (48% ). Abstract : This study aimed to reveal the relationship between internal work environment and psychological stress among a sample of primary school teachers, as well as the possibility of predicting the level of psychological stress through the internal work environment among the study sample members. We followed in this study the descriptive approach, and the sample of study was consisted of (80) teachers (30 males and 50 females). In order to collect the data, we have used two scales: the internal work environment questionnaire, prepared by the researcher, and the psychological stress scale prepared by "Levenstein et al." (1995).The results of this study are: There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between the internal work environment and the level of psychological stress for simple of the study. Also we can predict the level of psychological stress through the internal work environment by (48%).for simple of the study.
