أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتحسين التعليم والتوازن الحركي وسرعة رد الفعل لصغار المكفوفين

Résumé: إن الدور الذي تلعبه التربية البدنية والرياضية جعلها من أهم المجالات الداعمة لتعزيز دور ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع ، فهي تساعدهم على إستعادة توازنهم الجسدي و التدريب على اللياقة البدنية وكذلك ترفع من روح المعنوية عندهم ، كما تعزز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وتحقق لهم إتصالا أفضل بالمجتمع المحيط بهم . ولقد تطرقنا في بحثنا هذا لمعرفة أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتحسين بعض الصفات البدنية كالتعلم (التنقل الحركي) والتوازن وسرعة رد الفعل لصغار المكفوفين ، وأسفرت هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية : إن ممارسة التربية البدنية والرياضية لها تأثيرها الإيجابي على تحسين بعض الصفات البدنية (التنقل) والتوازن الحركي و سرعة رد الفعل ، على ذوي الإعاقة البصرية (صغار المكفوفين بمدرسة طه حسين) إذ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبين أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح أثر في تحسين التعلم ( التنقل)والتوازن الحركي و سرعة رد الفعل لصغار المكفوفين . The summary: The role which is played the physical education and sports makes it the most important support areas to enhance the aspect of the disabled in society , through helping them to regain their blance , as well as raising their morale. In addition to that ,it promotes their self confidence and realizes a better connection with their surrounding community. We have dealt in this research with the impact of the proposed training program to enhance some of the physical attributes such as education «Locomotor Mobility » and balance,reaction speed to the young blind. This study yielded the following results : The practice of physical education and sports has a positive impact on improving certain physical attributes (Mobility ) motor balance and reaction speed On the visually disabled ( blind young school Taha Hussein ) Since there are significant differences show that the proposed training program influenced on the learning improvement (Mobility) motor balance and reaction speed to the young blind
