الإختصاص الجزائي الموسع لمواجهة الجريمة المنظمة

Résumé: عالجت هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع غاية في الأهمية وتمثل في مسألة توسيع الاختصاص الجزائي لمواجهة الجريمة المنظمة بإعتبار ان هاته الأخيرة في انتشار مستمر رغم الجهود الدولية والوطنية للحد منها ،لذا كان موضوع البحث يتناول جزئية مهمة متعلقة بالشق الإجرائي ،اذ ان الجريمة المنظمة ليست كسائر الجرائم العادية لذا خصها المشرع بخصوصية إجرائية خاصة ،إذ أنه وسع من صلاحيات أجهزة البحث والتحري ، وأجهزة التحقيق و كذا جهة المحاكمة اذ اسندها الى الأقطاب الجزائية المتخصصة ،وهذا ما تم التطرق إليه في البحث اذ وضحنا المعايير التي استند اليها المشرع في تمديد صلاحيات الأجهزة الثلاثة المكلفة بتتبع سير مراحل الدعوى العمومية . This research paper dealt with a very important topic, which is the issue of the latter is constantly spreading despite international and national efforts to reduce it. Therefore, the legislator singled it out with a special procedural specificity, as it expanded the powers of the search and investigation bodies, the investigation bodies, as well as the trial authority, as he assigned it to the specialized criminal poles, and this is what was addressed in the research, as we explained the criteria on which the legislator relied in extending the powers of the three bodies charged with tracking The progress of the public litigation process.
