الاختصاص القضائي الموسع في المادة الجزائية وفق القانون الجزائري

Résumé: تعزيزا لدور السلطة القضائية في محاربة بعض الجرائم الحديثة التي تتسم بالخطورة على الاٍقتصاد والأمن الوطني، ولمحدودية القضاء العادي وعدم توسعه أنشأ المشرع الجزائري ما يعرف بالمحاكم الجزائية المتخصصة الجهوية وتم تدعيمها بالقطب الجزائي الاٍقتصادي والمالي الوطني بموجب الأمر رقم 20- 04 ، ومؤخرا استحدث قطب جزائي وطني آخر متخصص في الـمـتـابـعـة والـتـحـقـيـق في الجرائـم الـمـتصـلـة بـتـكـنـولـوجـيـات الإعلام والاتصال والجرائم المرتبطة بها الأمر رقم 21-11، وهي عبارة عن محاكم جزائية يشكل عنصر التخصص في مجال الجرائم الخطيرة السمة الأساسية فيها ‫ وهذا ما يؤسس لمعالـم سياسـة جزائيـة عصريـة تكفل التخصص الجزائي‬‬‬‬.
