Résumé: The goal of this study is to know the impact of the organizational culture on the functional performance of employees in the Algerian public and ecomical organizations and to accomplish the study goals ,a questionnair is distributed on a sample of the society the study composed of six questionair delivered equally between national retirement box , the psychology center of disable montally children .60 questionnair have been retrieved able to be processed by using spss26 program ,the study found the difference on the impact of the organizational culture of the employees performance, so as result the percentage of the organizational culture impact on the employees performance in the civil sector children pedagogical enable mentally have reached 39% , 49%
