Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم معوقات فعالية تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين بورقلة، ولأجل ذلك تحاول الدارسة إلى معالجة الإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى تؤثر المعوقات المختلفة (الإدارية، التقنية، البشرية والمالية) على فعالية تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين SAA بورقلة ؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من هذه الدراسة، أما في الجانب الميداني تم اعتماد منهج دراسة حالة ولجمع المعلومات تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان من مختلف مستخدمي النظام. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه لنجاح تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة بفعالية وبما يخدم أهداف المؤسسة ويحسن من أدائها يجب تلافي المعيقات والأسباب التي تحول دون ذلك، وتوفير كافة المتطلبات التنظيمية والتقنية والبشرية والمالية. This study aimed to highlight the most important obstacles to the effectiveness of implementing the ERP system in the Algerian Insurance Company of Ouargla, and for this the study tries to address the following problem: To what extent the various obstacles (administrative, technical, human and financial) affect the effectiveness of implementing the ERP system ERP in the Algerian insurance company SAA Ouargla? In order to answer this problem, the descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical side of this study. On the field side, a case study approach was adopted, and to collect information, a questionnaire tool was used by various users of the system. After analyzing the data using the SPSS program, a set of results were reached, the most important of which is that for the success of implementing the ERP system effectively and in a way that serves the objectives of the organization and improves its performance, the obstacles and reasons that prevent this must be avoided, and all organizational, technical, human and financial requirements must be met.
