مساهمة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (erp) في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة - دراسة حالة مركب سيدار ( Sider ) ، عنابة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى مساهمة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لمركب سيدار الحجار للحديد والصلب– عنابة- و تم التوصل إلى أن نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP يساهم في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمركب بدرجة مرتفعة وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التعميم الشامل و الكامل لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP على مستوى المركب ، وكذلك العمل على التغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجه عملية استخدام هذا النظام سواء تعلقت بالصعوبات الذهنية، المالية أو قلة الخبراء المحليين. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP، ميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة، مركب سيدار، SAP ERP Abstract : The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the contribution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to the competitive advantage of SIDER El-Hadjar Iron and Steel Complex. It was concluded that the ERP system contributes to enhancing the competitive advantage of the Complex to a high degree. The study recommended the need for a comprehensive and complete generalization of the ERP system at the level of the complex and working to overcome the difficulties that face the process of using this system at the boat level, whether related to mental, financial difficulties or the lack of local experts.
