التعليم عن بُعد في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل إنتشار جائحة كوفيد 19

Résumé: أزاحت جائحة كوفيد 19 اللثام عن بعض مزاعمها ودفعت بإتجاه التوسع في الإعتماد على التكنولوجيا، فالتعليم الذي يعد من أهم دعائم الدول وتطورها حيث أثر تفشي كوفيد 19 على النظم التعليمية في جميع أنحاء العالم مما أدى إلى إغلاق كامل أو شبه كامل للمؤسسات الجامعية من معاهد وكليات كما تأثرت المشاريع الإقتصادية وأثرت على مشاريعها التنموية، لذلك إضطرت معظم الدول إلى إستخدام برامج التعليم عن بعد والتطبيقات والمنصات التعليمية بغية الوصول إلى المتعلمين عن بعد ومن ثم الحد من إنقطاع التعليم، وفي هذا الإطار تم الإنتقال بسرعة إلى نمط التعلم الرقمي ورقمنة الجامعة، وهو الأمر الذي حاولت الجامعة الجزائرية الوصول إليه وتطبيقه لعدة عقود، غير أن أزمة كوفيد 19 قد سرعت من وتيرة الإعتماد عليها، ضمن أسس حتمية ومنطلقات ضرورية. Abstract: The Covid 19 pandemic has revealed some of its allegations and pushed towards the expansion of reliance on technology. Education, which is one of the most important pillars of countries and their development, as the Covid 19 outbreak affected educational systems all over the world, which led to the complete or almost complete closure of university institutions, institutes and colleges. The economic projects were also affected and affected their development projects, so most countries were forced to use distance education programs, applications and educational platforms in order to reach remote learners, and then reduce the interruption of education, this is something that the Algerian University has tried to reach and implement for several decades, but the Covid-19 crisis has accelerated the pace of reliance on it, within the inevitable foundations and necessary premises.
