تأثير اللغة المستخدمة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على تشكيل الرأي العام – دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستخدمي الفيس بوك –

Résumé: ملخص: لقد أدى التطور في وسائل الإعلام و الاتصال في المنتصف الثاني من القرن الماضي إلى ظهور وسائل اتصال جديدة غيرت أنماط كثيرة من حياة الناس و التي من بينها اللغة التي أبدت نشاط منقطع النظير عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حيث اختلفت و تنوعت اللغات المستخدمة كما أسفر الاستعمال العشوائي للغة العربية إلى تلوث لغوي أدى لتشتت الآراء و الأفكار فتصدعت العلاقة بين اللغة و الرأي العام ، و نظرا لأهمية اللغة في حياة المجتمعات لكونها ركيزة و أساس الهوية الوطنية جاءت دراستنا هذه للإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: كيف تؤثر اللغة المستخدمة عبر موقع الفيسبوك في تشكيل الرأي العام ؟ و لقد خلصت دراستنا هذه إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين اللغة و الرأي العام على اعتبار أنها أساس تشكيله و تغيير اتجاهه . Abstract: The development in the media and communication in the second half of the last century led to the emergence of new means of communication that changed many patterns of people's lives, among which was the language that showed unrivaled activity on social media sites, as the languages used differed and varied, and the indiscriminate use of the language resulted. Arabic leads to a linguistic pollution that led to the dispersion of opinions and ideas, and the relationship between language and public opinion cracked, and given the importance of language in the life of societies as it is a pillar and basis of national identity, our study came to answer the following main question: How does the language used on Facebook affect the formation of public opinion ? Our study concluded that there is a strong relationship between language and public opinion, as it is the basis for its formation and its change of direction.
