آليات ترشيد نفقات تعويض الدواء
Résumé: الملخص: يمثل تعويض الأدوية الأداء العيني الأكثر استهلاكا لأموال صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي نتيجة سياسة التعويض الشاملة وتوسيع استخدام بطاقة الشفاء وزيادة معدل الإصابة بالأمراض المزمنة وظاهرة الشيخوخة، ومع تراجع جودة مصادر التمويل أصبحت مراجعة سياسة تعويض الدواء ضرورة حتمية. نهدف من خلال الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على عوامل زيادة نفقات الصندوق في هذا الباب وكيفيات التقليل منها للحفاظ على استدامة مرفق الضمان الاجتماعي في تقديم مختلف الأداءات العينية بشكل يحفظ توازنه المالي. Abstract: Compensation for medicines represents the most in-kind performance of the Social Security Fund’s funds as a result of the comprehensive compensation policy, the expansion of the use of the recovery card, the increase in the incidence of chronic diseases and the phenomenon of aging, and with the decline in the quality of funding sources, reviewing the drug compensation policy has become an imperative. We aim through the research paper to shed light on the factors of increasing the fund's expenditures in this section and the ways to reduce them in order to maintain the sustainability of the social security facility in providing various in-kind payments in a manner that preserves its financial balance.
