الجريمة المنظمة كتهديد أمني تواجهه دول الساحل وجنوب الصحراء الإفريقية
Résumé: تعتبر الجريمة المنظمة من التهديدات اللاتماثلية التي تهدد الأمن والسلم في إفريقيا، وبخاصة منطقة الساحل ومنطقة جنوب الصحراء، وهذا ناتج لترابط أشكال الجريمة المنظمة ببعضها البعض، مما جعل دول المنطقة والدول المجاورة لها تعتبرها كتهديد أمني لا بد من مكافحته، لذلك سنحاول بيان أسباب الجريمة المنظمة في دول الساحل وجنوب الصحراء الإفريقية، وكذا أشكالها وانعكاساتها على أمن دول تلك المنطقة، وبيان آليات ومبادرات مكافحتها. Organized crime is an asymmetric threat to peace and security in Africa, especially in the Sahel and sub-Saharan regions. This is due to the interconnectedness of organized crime, making the countries of the region and neighboring countries consider it as a security challenge that must be combated. In the countries of the Sahel and sub-Saharan region ,as well as its forms and implications for the security of the States of that region, and to identify mechanisms and initiatives to combat it.
