الرسالة : دور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي المدرسي للتلميذ دراسة ميدانية في مركز التوجيه المدرسي والمهني – بالمسيلة -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي المدرسي للتلميذ. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة على (44) مستشار توجيه وإرشاد مدرسي ومهني يمارسون مهامهم داخل المدارس الثانوية، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية بالنسية لأدوات الدراسة تم استخدام أداة الاستمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات. وتوصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -عدم تحقق الفرضية الفرعية الأولى والتي تنص على: تساهم المتابعة الإرشادية التي يقدمها مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني على تخطي صعوبات الجانب العلائق (الأستاذ/تلاميذ القسم) - عدم تحقق الفرضية الفرعية الثانية والتي تنص: "تساهم الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة من طرف مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي في مساعدة التلاميذ على حل مشكلات الاندماج الاجتماعي في الوسط المدرسي The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of the guidance counselor in the school and vocational in achieving the social adjustment school for the student. The descriptive approach was adopted. The sample of the study included (44) educational and vocational guidance and guidance counselors who carry out their duties in secondary schools, Using the study tools, the form tool was used as a basic tool for collecting data. In this study we found the following results: - Failure to achieve the first sub-hypothesis, which states: The follow-up guidance provided by the guidance counselor and guidance of school and vocational to overcome the difficulties of the relationship (teacher / students section) - The second sub-hypothesis, which states: "The extension services provided by the guidance and guidance counselor in the school contribute to help students solve the problems of social integration in the school
