آليات التمكين الحقوقي للمرأة العاملة - دراسة مقارنة –

Résumé: لقد حظيت المرأة في القانون الجزائري بعناية وحماية خاصة، لعدة اعتبارات أخلاقية واجتماعية وقانونية، وتجلت مظاهر تلك الحماية فيما تضمنته مختلف التشريعات من أحكام خاصة، لتنظيم تشغيل النساء في شكل تدابير حمائية، وهذا ما كرسه قانون العمل على غرار التشريعات المقارنة، المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية كاتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية، بما يوطد الاعتقاد بمسايرة المشرع الجزائري للاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة بعمل المرأة وحمايتها، بما يمكنها من المشاركة في المسيرة الاقتصادية دون إغفال دورها الاجتماعي. The mechanism rights empowerment for working women - Comparative study- Abstract: The women had in Algerian Law, a special attention and protection, for a number of reasons ethical, social and legal, this protection was manifested inter alia various legislative provisions specific, to governing the employment of women in the form protectionist measures, and that’s what has devoted by the labour Code, just as the comparative legislation, international charters and conventions such as International Labour Organization Convention, thus confirming that the Algerian legislature go along with the international women labour conventions, to enable them to enter in the mainstream of economy, without neglecting their social role.
