دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز استراتيجيات المزيج التسويقي - شركة كوكاكولا نموذجا -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز استراتيجيات المزيج التسويقي ،فمن خلال مراجعة المفاهيم النظرية المرتبطة بالموضوع وتحليل تجربة شركة كوكاكولا،التي تعتبر واحدة من ابرز الشركات الرائدة عالميا في استخدام هذه التطبيقات،توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لعبت دورا محوريا في تحسين كل عنصر من عناصر المزيج التسويقي لشركة كوكاكولا. من خلال تحليل البيانات الضخمة، تمكنت الشركة من فهم سلوك عملائها بشكل أعمق، مما مكنها من تصميم منتجات مبتكرة ، و تحديد أسعار ديناميكية ،و اختيار قنوات التوزيع المثلى، و تقديم عروض ترويجية مخصصة،ومن المتوقع أن يزداد هذا الدور في المستقبل مع ظهور تطبيقات أكثر تطورا ، مما يستدعي من شركة كوكاكولا التكيف مع هذه التطورات بحذر و مسؤولية مع مراعاة التحديات و المخاطر المرتبطة بها. This study aim to highlight the significant contribution of artificial intelligence applications in enhancing marketing mix strategies, by reviewing fundamental theoretical concept and analyzing the experience of Coca-Cola, one of the leading global companies that has adopted these applications, the study concludes that AI applications played a pivotal role in improving every element of Coca-Colas marketing mix. Through big data analysis , Coca-Cola was able to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior, which helped in designing innovative products, setting dynamic pricing, selecting optimal distribution channels , and offering personalized promotions campaigns ,This role is expected to grow in the future with the emergence of more advanced applications, this necessitates that Coca-Cola adapt to these developments with caution and responsibility, considering the associated challenges and risks
