الابتكار المالي في ظل الصناعة المالية الإسلامية _دراسة حالة الصكوك الذكية_

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الابتكار المالي في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية من خلال دراسة حالة الصكوك الذكية، حيث تم التعرف على المعالم النظرية للابتكار المالي وضوابطه الشرعية، وكذلك عرض واقع الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، ودور الصكوك الذكية في تطوير الأسواق المالية الإسلامية ونمو الصناعة المالية ككل، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي ساعد على الإلمام بالجوانب النظرية من خلال رصد الأدبيات السابقة للموضوع . وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تجربة اندونيسيا والمتمثلة في تعاون بين شركتي Blossom financeو BMT Bina Ummahلإصدار الصكوك الذكية في إطار التمويل الأصغر ،و التجربة الإماراتية من خلال منصة وثاق، حيث أثبتت التجربتان نجاعة وأهمية الصكوك الذكية في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the role of financial innovation in developing the Islamic financial industry through a case study of smart sukuk, where the theoretical features of financial innovation and its Sharia controls were identified, as well as presenting the reality of the Islamic financial industry, and the role of smart sukuk in developing Islamic financial markets and the growth of the financial industry as a whole, where the descriptive approach was relied upon, which helped to understand the theoretical aspects by monitoring previous literature on the subject. Through this study, we reached the Indonesian experience represented by cooperation between Blossom Finance and BMT Bina Ummah to issue smart sukuk within the framework of microfinance, and the Emirati experience through the Wthaq platform, where both experiences proved the effectiveness and importance of smart sukuk in developing the Islamic financial industry.
