دور تقنية البلوكشين في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية (دراسة حالة الصكوك الذكية)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تقنية البلوكشين في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، من خلال تطبيق أداة الصكوك الذكية التي ساهمت في تطوير الأسواق المالية ونمو الصناعة المالية، وكذا إبراز قدرة هذه الصكوك على توسيع السوق المالي الإسلامي، وإظهار مرونة تكيفها مع الشريعة الإسلامية، ومن خلال دراستنا هذه تطرقنا إلى تجربة اندونيسيا والمتمثلة في تعاون بين شركتيBlossom finance وBMT Bina Ummah لإصدار الصكوك الذكية في إطار التمويل الأصغر والتي عرفت نجاحا كبيرا، وقد أثبت هذا التعاون بين الشركتين نجاعة وأهمية الصكوك الذكية في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية. This research aims to highlight the role of blockchain technology in the development of the Islamic financial industry, throughout the implementation of the Islamic Sukuk services that contributed to the growth of the financial industry, as well as outlining its ability to expand the Islamic financial market, and show the flexibility of its adaptation to Islamic law, and through our study we touched on the experience of Indonesia, represented in the cooperation between Blossom finance and BMT Bina Ummah to issue smart sukuk within the framework of microfinance, which was a great success, and this cooperation between the two companies has proven the effectiveness of Islamic Sukuk in developing Islamic financial industry.
