Résumé: ملخص Abstract تم التطرق في بحثنا هذا إلى مفاهيم وأهمية تخص المورد البشري الذي يعتبر أهم مورد في المنظمات حيث يسعى لتحقيق استمراريتها وبقائها من خلال كفاءة وفعالية أدائها، الذي قد يشوبه عدة معوقات أثناء تأدية مهام المورد البشري؛ كما تطرقنا إلى مفاهيم ومبادئ وإسهامات حول إستراتيجية كايزن التي تعد من أهم إستراتيجيات التي تسعى لتحسين أداء المنظمة باتجاه تعزيز سعيها لبلوغ الكفاءة في استخدام مواردها من خلال ممارسات وتطبيقات منسقة مع جميع أنشطة المنظمة التي يتم التركيز فيها على تحسين أداء المورد البشري. الكلمات المفتاحية : الأداء، تحسين الأداء، المداخل الحديثة، المنظمة، إستراتيجية كايزن In this research, we discussed concepts and importance of the human resource, which is the most important resource in organizations, as it seeks to achieve its continuity and survival through the efficiency and effectiveness of its performance, which may be tainted by several obstacles while performing the tasks of the human resource; We also discussed concepts, principles and contributions about the kaizen strategy, which is one of the most important strategies that seek to improve the performance of the organization towards enhancing its quest to achieve efficiency in the use of its resources through coordinated practices and applications with all the activities of the organization in which the focus is on improving the performance of human resources.
