Résumé: تعتبر السياحة ظاهرة اقتصادية كما تعد قاعدة المستقبل؛ حيث تقوم على مقومات لابد من توافرها؛ منها الأمن والأمان وبيئة مهيأة تهيئة عقلانية سياحية سواء من صنع الخالق أو المخلوق؛ وبالتالي فهي سياحة بيئية؛ وتشمل المناظر الطبيعية، القيم التراثية، الجذب السياحي =بيئة سياحية، الضيافة الأصلية الأصيلة، تنوع بيولوجي، مناخ مناسب، مواقع تراثية طبيعية دينية تاريخية أثرية، منشآت إستراتيجية ذات طابع تراثي جذاب، مما ينتج عنه الإقبال السياحي وبالتالي الاستثمار والتنمية تتوالى ويظهر أثرها على المنطقة بصفة خاصة وعلى البلاد ككل بصفة عامة.
