دور الجزائر وليبيا في حركة التحرر الإفريقي 1954/1974 النموذج و الاحتضان

Résumé: تعد ثورة التحرير الجزائرية ( 1954 ) التي أعادت للدولة الجزائرية سيادتها - التي وضع أسسها الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري ، عبر مقاومته للإستدمار الفرنسي ـ من أهم حركات التحرر التي قادت الى انتشار ثقافة التحرر في افريقيا والعالم ، والتي سيظل اشعاعها مستمرا وأنموذجا يحذى به في مواجهة كل أشكال الإستدمار الجديدة ، لأن أسسه بنيت على مبدأ أن استقلال الجزائر لن يكون مكتملا الا عبر التحرر الكامل للمناطق الإفريقية التي ماتزال محتلة . ولقد ساهمت في تفعيل هذا المبدأ العديد من حركات التحرر في افريقيا ـ لبيبا أنموذجا ـ للخروج من سياسة الهيمنة التي تمارسها فرنسا في عالم اليوم ، وبالخصوص عبر دعمه لبعض دول المنطقة ، والتي تحول دون التوصل إلى ايجاد حل لمسألة الصحراء الغربية ، التي تعد آخر مستعمرة في افريقيا . The Algerian War of Liberation (1954), which restored to the Algerian State-founded by Emir AbdelKader- its sovereignty, remains one of the great liberation movements that led to the spread of culture of liberation in Africa and all over the world. It will continue shining as a model for any resistance against the new types of colonization, since its principles were built on the fact that the independence of Algeria cannot be completed before the liberation of all the colonized regions in Africa. This objective has been promoted by the contribution of several liberation movements in Africa-Libya as a model- to run away the French policy of hegemony, especially through the support of some states in the region. Such a policy hinders any effort towards an effective solution of the Western Sahara issue, as a last colony in Africa.
