اهمية الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل واستراتيجيات الحفاظ عليه في المنظمة الجزائرية

Résumé: يعتبر المورد البشري القلب النابض للمنظمة، وعليه فان الاستقرار الوظيفي يشكل أحد ركائز الحياة الوظيفية المستقرة للعامل في المنظمة، ومن أجل تحقيقه يتطلب الأمر توفير مناح تنظيمي مدعم بآليات تحقيقه واستراتيجيات الحفاظ عليه. لذلك ارتأينا أن يكون موضوع بحثنا حول أهمية الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل في المؤسسة الجزائرية، حيث نحاول ابراز دور الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل في نجاح المنظمة وكذا تقصي دوافع الحفاظ عليه في المنظمة الجزائرية. كلمات مفتاحية: استقرار الوظيفي، منظمة. استراتيجيات. تصنيفاتJEL :....، ....، ... Abstract: The human resource is the beating heart of the organization, and therefore job stability is one of the pillars of a stable career life for the worker in the organization, and in order to achieve it, it is required to provide organizational approaches supported by mechanisms to achieve it and strategies to maintain it. Therefore, we decided that the topic of our research should be about the importance of job stability for the worker in the Algerian institution, as we try to highlight the role of job stability for the worker in the success of the organization, as well as investigating the motives for maintaining it in the Algerian organization
