التجربة الفرنسية في استغلال الطاقات المتجددة لتوليد الكهرباء المتجددة المستدامة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى استغلال الطاقات المتجددة في فرنسا لتوليد الكهرباء المستدامة، حيث كثر الاهتمام في الوقت الراهن بمصادر الطاقات البديلة للنفط المتجددة منها وغير المتجددة بسبب خاصية النضوب لهذا المورد، وكذا للارتفاع الشديد لأسعاره خلال حقبة القرن الواحد والعشرين، التي تحقق شرطين أساسيين وهما عدم نضوبتها من جهة وحماية البيئة من جهة ثانية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن فرنسا تستعمل مختلف الطاقات المتجددة والمتمثلة في طاقة الرياح، الشمس، المياه وطاقة الكتلة الحية لتوليد الكهرباء المستدامة في البلاد، والتي سجلت ما يقدر بـ 48071 ميغاواط من الكهرباء في نهاية سنة 2017. This study aims at identifying the extent of renewable energy utilization in France to generate sustainable electricity. There is a great deal of interest in the current sources of alternative energy for renewable and non renewable energy due to the depletion of this resource. Namely, non-depletion on the one hand and environmental protection on the other. The study found that France uses the various renewable energies represented by the wind, solar, water and biomass energy to generate sustainable electricity in the country, which recorded an estimated 48071 MW of electricity in the end of 2017.
