الاتصال المسؤول كألية اخلاقية لتعزيز الاداء الاجتماعي في المنظمات

Résumé: الملخص: تجيب هذه الدراسة علي أهم التحديات الراهنة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية والقائمة علي تبني أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية (البعد الاقتصادي-الاجتماعي، والبيئي) وكيفية تجسيدها في أجندة المؤسسة من خلال نمط اتصالي حديث يسمي بالاتصال المسؤول، هذا الأخير الذي تركز رؤيته على الرسالة والوسائل وتقليل تأثيرات المؤسسة الاجتماعية والبيئية. وقد توصلت الدراسة من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات النظرية باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الاتصال المسؤول كنمط اتصالي جديد يهدف إلي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المؤسسات، من خلال تبني برامج فعالة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية تهتم بمبادئ وقيم المجتمع وأخلاقيات العمل علي مستوي الجمهور وبيئته. Abstract: This study answers the most important current challenges for economic institutions based on adopting the dimensions of social responsibility (the economic - social, and environmental dimension) and how to reflect them in the institution’s agenda through a modern communication style called responsible communication, the latter whose vision focuses on the message and means and reduce the social and environmental effects of the institution . Through a review of the theoretical literature by adopting the descriptive analytical approach, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that responsible communication as a new communication style aims to achieve sustainable development in institutions, by adopting effective programs for social responsibility concerned with the principles and values of society and work ethics at the level of the public and its environment.
