دور الاتصال المسؤول في إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء. قراءة في تقارير دولية

Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال المسؤول في إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء، وذلك من خلال تجسيد متطلبات الاتصال المسؤول: كالاتصال البيئي و الاتصال الاجتماعي و مساهمته في التطوير و التدريب للمورد البشري و تزويدهم بجملة من القيم و المعارف البيئية و الاجتماعية( المجتمعية) المتبناة في الثقافة المؤسساتية ذات المجال الاقتصادي، و قد انتهت الدراسة الى نتائج و التي من أهمها: وجود علاقة تفاعلية بين الاتصال المسؤول و رهاناته في إدارة الموارد البشرية. This study aims to identify the role played by responsible communication in the management of green human resources, by embodying the requirements of responsible communication : such as environmental communication and social communication and its contribution to the development and training of human resources and providing them with a set of environmental and social (community) values and knowledge. Adopted in the institutional culture of the economic flied, and the study ended with the most important results which are : the existence of an interactive responsible communication and its stakes in human resource management.
