أثر التوسع في نفقات التجهيز على الدورات الإقتصادية في الجزائر (2000-2015).

Résumé: تناولنا في هاته الورقة، موضوع نفقات التجهيز، وعلاقتها بالدورات الإقتصادية في الجزائر للفترة 2000 - 2015، وقد توصلت إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التذبذبات في نفقات التجهيز في الموازنة العامة السنوية هي المسبب الرئيسي للدورات الاقتصادية في الجزائر لفترة الدراسة، وهذا راجع لطبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على نفقات التجهيز في تحريك عجلة التنمية وتمويلها، وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها ان التذبذبات الحاصلة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي في الجزائر مردها إلى الصدمات المتأتية من نفقات التجهيز في الموازنة العامة السنوية، إلا أن الدورات الاقتصادية في الجزائر تتميز بقصر مدتها خاصة في مرحلة الانكماش، على إعتبار أنها ذات طبيعة هيكلية متعلقة ببنية الناتج الوطني ومدى مساهمة القطاعات المحركة للنمو فيه. Abstract: In this paper, we have dealt with the issue of equipment expenditures, and their relationship to the economic cycles in Algeria for the period 2000-2015, and have come to the conclusion that the fluctuations in equipment expenditures in the annual general budget are the main cause of the economic cycles in Algeria for the study period, and this is due to the nature of the Algerian economy that depends on significantly on the expenditures of equipment in moving the wheel of development and financing it, and we have come to the conclusion that the fluctuations in the real GDP in Algeria are due to the shocks resulting from the expenditures of equipment in the annual general budget, but the economic cycles in Algeria are characterized by their short duration, especially in the stage Deflation, given that it is of a structural nature related to the structure of the national product and the extent of the contribution of growth-motivating sectors to it.
