قياس أثر النفقات العامة على نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الجزائر باستخدام Ardlخلال الفترة 2000-2017

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر النفقات العامة أهم أداة من أدوات السياسة المالية للدولة، تؤثر بها على النشاط الاقتصادي، ويؤدي التوسع فيها إلى التأثير على الاقتصاد الكلي والجزئي وعلى كافة جوانب المجتمع، سواء كانت اجتماعية أو مالية أو سياسية، لذا سعت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر النفقات العامة (نفقات التجهيز، نفقات التسيير) في الجزائر على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي خلال الفترة 2000-2017، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL. Abstract : Public expenditure is the most important instrument of the state's fiscal policy, affecting economic activity, and its expansion affects macroeconomic and microeconomic and social, financial or political aspects. This study sought to measure the effect of public expenditures (equipment expenses, management expenses) in Algeria on GDP during the period 2000-2017, using the ARDL self-regression model.
