Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الضمانات التي قررها المشرع الجزائري لحماية المستهلك في مواجهة المورد الإلكتروني في مرحلة تنفيذ العقد،والتي تنقسم إلى ضمانات عامة تقليدية وضمانات خاصة مستحدثة،وبين هذه الضمانات وتلك كان لابد من الوقوف على مسألة الموازنة بين هذه الضمانات. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هي أنه برغم من تكريس الضمانات الخاصة في مواجهة الموارد الإلكتروني إلا أنه تضل للضمانات العامة دور هام في حالة عجز الضمانات المستحدثة في حل النزاعات ،وعليه فإن كل واحدة منهما تكمل الأخرى. This study aims to shed light on the safeguards decided by the Algerian legislator toprotect the consumer in the face of the electronic supplier in the implementation phase of thecontract, which is divided into traditional general guarantees and special guarantees createdad, and between these guarantees and those had to be on the issue of balancing these guarantees One of the most important findings is that, although special safeguards are devoted to electronic resources, public safeguards have an important role to play in the event that the new safeguards fail to resolve disputes, and therefore complement each other
