تأثير الحملة التنصيرية على اليتامى الجزائريين خلال مجاعات 1867-1868 -منطقة الشلف أنموذجا-

Résumé: اقترنت المجاعات التي شهدتها الجزائر خلال النصف الثاني من ستينيات القرن 19م بشخصية (الكاردينال لافيجري)، الذي وظّف بعض افرازات تلك المجاعات وما انتهت إليه من مآسي في مقدمتها الأطفال اليتامى بعد أن حصد الموت الأغبر أولياءهم. ان الصورة التي بقيت عالقة في ذاكرة العارفين بأمر تلك المجاعة هي لذلك الكاردينال وهو يجوب الجزائر حاملا الصليب في يمينه والخبز في يساره يدعو الى المسيحية، ولكن دون أن نعرف بمعطيات دقيقة حجم وتأثير تلك الحملة الصليبية التي استهدفت هؤلاء الأبرياء، ودون أن نتمكن من حصر مدى تأثيرها جغرافيا. ان هذه الدراسة جاءت لتجيب عن هذا وذاك من خلال وثائق رسمية تضمنت أرقاما دقيقة عن الحجم والمكان، ولتضع كل موضعه الحقيقي: فهي ترسّخ فكرة أن الكاردينال لافيجري لم يكن له في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة ذلك التأثير الواسع، وتؤّكد في ذات الوقت تجذّر وترسّخ الدين الإسلامي في المجتمع الجزائري الى درجة لم يجد معها أي خطاب مسيحي من أي كان، حتى في أصعب وأشق الظروف. The famine that reigned in Algeria During the second half of the 1860s was linked to (Cardinal Lavigerie), who had used the secretions of these famines and the tragedies he caused, especially the orphans after the death of their parents. The image that remains engraved in the memory of those who know this famine is that of this cardinal, carrying the cross on his right and the bread on his left calling to Christianity, but without knowing the exact magnitude and impact of the crusade that aimed at these innocent people, and without being able to limit its geographical impact. This study came to answer his two questions by means of official documents, containing precise figures on the size and the place, to put everyone in his real place: It is established that Cardinal Lavigerie did not have in Algeria during the study period, a widespread influence, while emphasizing rooting and anchoring of Islam in Algerian society, to such an extent that no Christian speech or project works, even under the most difficult circumstances.
