دور مؤسسة بريد الجزائر في تعميم الخدمات المالية الرقمية ــ البطاقة الذهبية نموذج ــ

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مؤسسة بريد الجزائر في تعميم الخدمات المالية الرقمية في الجزائر ،" البطاقة الذهبية نموذج"من خلال طرد إشكالية " كيف يمكن لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر أن تساهم في تعميم الخدمات المالية الرقمية في الجزائري ؟"، حيث تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى محورين الأول تمثل في الدراسة النظرية، وفيها تم تسليط الضوء على الخدمات المالية الرقمية وأسباب انتشار وسائل الدفع الرقمية، وكذا مختلف الجوانب التي ساهمت في تبني التكنولوجيا المالية، كما تم التطرق إلى دور الخدمات المالية الرقمية في تحقيق الشمول المالي،أما المحور الثاني فقد تمثل في الدراسة الميدانية حول دور البطاقة الذهبية ومختلف الخدمات المالية الرقمية لبريد الجزائر في تعميم الخدمات المالية الرقمية، والتي اعتمدت على الاستبيان والتحليل عن طريق برنامج SPSS26، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن بريد الجزائر استطاع التغلغل بين الأفراد وكسب ثقة المواطن الجزائر، وللكنها تفتقر إلى التنويع في الخدمات مثل الاقتراض والتمويل. The study aims to highlight the role of Algérie Poste in the generalization of digital financial services in Algeria, "The Gold Card as a model" by posing the problem of "How can Algérie Poste contribute to the generalization of digital financial services in Algeria?" The study was divided into two axes: the first was the theoretical study, in which the spotlight was shed on digital financial services and the reasons for the spread of digital payment methods, as well as various aspects that contributed to the adoption of financial technology. The role of digital financial services in achieving financial inclusion was also discussed. The second axis was the field study on the role of the Gold Card and other digital financial services of Algérie Poste in the generalization of digital financial services, which relied on the questionnaire and analysis using the SPSS26 program. The study concluded that Algérie Poste has managed to penetrate individuals and gain the trust of the Algerian citizen, but it lacks diversification in services such as borrowing and financing.
