Résumé: This study aims at revealing the accredited criteria in choosing between the new production management methods (MRP, JIT, OPT) and the common philosophy shared between them trying to recognize the congenial way at practice in the GC Unity and in Aures dairy products. And it is executed after presenting the differences that exist between three approaches: the comparative, integrative, contingence. According to the reached results through the examination of the hypothesis saying that there is no convenient or ideal production management method for all kinds of operations. It becomes evident that this new systems can be crossbred in the GCU which realize the better results, but according to specific criteria and conditions.
