أثر السلوك الأخلاقي على الإلتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين دراسة ميدانية للعاملين بالقطب الجامعي رقم 01 جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر السلوك الأخلاقي على الإلتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين بالقطب الجامعي رقم 01 جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع،كما تم الاعتماد الملاحظة المباشرة، والاستبيان الذي تمت معالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss ،حيث بلغ حجم العينة 114 وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عال جدا من السلوك الأخلاقي لدى العاملين كما يوجد مستوى عال من الإلتزام التنظيمي ،أما العلاقة الارتباطية بين السلوك الأخلاقي بأبعاده(النزاهة ،الاحترام،عدم التحيز،الشفافية) كمتغير مستقل والإلتزام التنظيمي كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية لأكنها ضعيفة، حيث تعد الشفافية هي الأكثر تأثير على الالتزام التنظيمي،كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى المتغيرات الشخصية لدى العاملين. This research aim to identify the impact of ethical behavior on the organizational commitment of the workers in the university pole No. 01, Qasidi Marbah University, Ouargla. The descriptive analytical method was used to study the subject. The direct observation was also adopted. The questionnaire was processed by SPSS. The study concluded that there is a very high level of ethical behavior among workers and there is a high level of organizational commitment. The correlative relationship between moral behavior in its dimensions (integrity, respect, impartiality, transparency) as an independent variable and organizational commitment as a dependent variable For a positive to weak exports are really, where is the transparency is the most impact on regulatory compliance, and reached no differences due to the personal variables employed..
