Résumé: The present study aims at recognizing the conceptual framework related to productive performance and quality as one of the important approaches of improving the company’s performance. It also aims to explore the reality of productive performance and quality in the Algerian industrial companies, and to expose and analyze some results of a related field study carried out in one of the cement companies. The principal results reached by this study are: -The deterioration of the level of productive performance in Algerian industrial companies. -The development of consciousness in these companies.
