محددات الكفاءة التشغيلية في المؤسسات المصرفية دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من البنوك التجارية العاملة في الجزائر خلال فترة 2014-2018

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر محددات الكفاءة التشغيلية المصرفية متمثلة في المؤشرات المالية التالية: العائد على حقوق الملكية، العائد على الأصول، منفعة الأصول، كفاية رأس المال ونسية السيولة. واعتمدت الدراسة على عينة من البنوك التجارية الجزائرية خلال الفترة 2014-2018، وباستخدام نماذج بانل تشير أهم نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية إلى مايلي: أظهرت نتائج تحليل فرضيات الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من: العائد على حقوق الملكية، العائد على الأصول، منفعة الأصول والكفاءة التشغيلية، وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة كفاية رأس المال، نسبة السيولة والكفاءة التشغيلية. وعليه فإن كل من: العائد على حقوق الملكية، العائد على الأصول ومنفعة الأصول تعتبر كعوامل محددة ومفسرة للكفاءة التشغيلية للبنوك التجارية الجزائرية. Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyse the impact of the determinants of bank operational efficiency represented in the following financial indicators: return on equity, return on assets, utility of assets, capital adequacy and liquidity ratio. The study was based on a sample of Algerian commercial banks in the period 2014-2018. Using Panel Models, the most important results of the applied study indicate the following: The results of the analysis of the hypotheses of the study showed a statistically significant relationship between: return on equity, return on assets, utility of assets and operational efficiency. And there was no statistically significant relationship between capital adequacy, liquidity ratio and operational efficiency. Accordingly, each of: The return on equity, the return on assets and the utility of assets are considered as determinant factor and indicator that explain the operational efficiency of Algerian commercial banks.
