محددات الكفاءة التشغيلية في المؤسسات المصرفية دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من البنوك التجارية العاملة في الجزائر فترة ما بين: 2014-2018

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر بعض محددات الكفاءة التشغيلية المصرفية متمثلة في جملة من المؤشرات المالية التالية: العائد على حقوق الملكية، العائد على الأصول، منفعة الأصول، كفاية رأس المال والسيولة، وفي سبيل تطوير نموذج قياسي يعبر عن العلاقة بين هذه العوامل كمتغيرات مستلقة والكفاءة التشغيلية كمتغير تابع مقاسة بنسبة النفقات إلى الإيرادات بحسب مقاربة التشغيل، فإننا إستندنا على بيانات القوائم المالية لعينة من ستة بنوك جزائرية لفترة نشاط بين سنتي (2014-2018) مستخدمين في ذلك الأسلوب الاحصائي نماذج (Panel Data). وقد أظهرت نتائج تحليل فرضيات الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كلا من: العائد على حقوق الملكية، السيولة ومنفعة الأصول وبين الكفاءة التشغيلية، ووجود علاقة سالبة قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة كفاية رأس المال والعائد على الأصول وبين الكفاءة التشغيلية. This study aimed to analyze the impact of some determinants of banking operational efficiency represented by a set of the following financial indicators: return on equity, return on assets, utility of assets, capital adequacy and liquidity. In order to develop a standard model that expresses the relationship between these factors as independent variables and efficiency Operating as a dependent variable measured by the ratio expenses / revenue of according to the operating approach. We based on the financial statements data for a sample of six Algerian banks for the period of activity between the years 2014-2018; we have used the statistical method (Panel models). The results of the analysis of the study hypotheses showed a positive relationship Statistical significance between: return on equity, liquidity and utility of assets and operational efficiency, and the existence of a strong negative statistically significant relationship between capital adequacy ratio and return on assets and operational efficiency.
