The Extent To Which The Cash Flow Statement Can Assess The Financial Performance Of The S M E (2018-2021) مدى إمكانية جدول تدفقات الخزينة في تقييم الأداء المالي بشركة الصيانة للشرق (2018-2021)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إظهار مدى إمكانية جدول تدفقات الخزينة في تقييم الأداء المالي بشركة الصيانة للشرق للفترة (2018-2021) وهذا من خلال حساب مجموعة من النسب المشتقة من هذه القائمة المالية. وقد توصل البحث إلى أهمية هذه القائمة المالية في إعطاء معلومات عن الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة من خلال مساهمةكل من وظائف الاستغلال والاستثمار والتمويل في تغير الخزينة وقدرة المؤسسة على تمويل استثماراتها بواسطة تدفق الخزينة للاستغلال، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية النسب المشتقة من هذه القائمة المالية في توفير معلومات عن جودة سيولة المؤسسة، جودة الأرباح وكذا سياساتها المالية. إلا أن قياس الأداء المالي الشامل يستدعي اللجوءإلى الميزانية المالية وجدول حسابات النتائج. وعليه، فجدول تدفقات الخزينة مكمل للقوائم المالية الأخرى وليس بديلا عنها. This paper aims at showing the extent to which the cash flow statement permits the financial performance evaluation of the Company of Maintenance-EAST for the period (2018-2021), by calculating a set of ratios derived from this statement. The research concluded the importance of financial statement in providing information about the company's financial position through the contribution of operating, investing and financing functions in the treasury variation and the company's ability to financing its investments through cash flow. In addition, the ratios provided information about the quality of the company's liquidity, of its earnings, as well as of its financial policies, except that the measurement of the overall financial performance required the use of financial balance sheet and cash flow statement. Therefore, the cash flow statement is complementary to the other financial statements and does not replace them.
