القيم الأخلاقية والالتزامات العامة للأستاذ الجامعي

Résumé: سعت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على أخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي ومدى التزامه بها، فالتدريس من المهن المُهمة، والأساسية في حياة المجتمع كله، فعليها يتوقف تقدّمه وتخلّفه، بنجاح التعليم أو فشله. لأن الأستاذ هو حجر الزاوية في العملية التعليمية، فمهنة التعليم الجامعي هي رسالة أكثر منها وظيفة فهي ترتكز على التعامل الإنساني المباشر بين الأستاذ الجامعي وطلابه، وتحكمها منظومة من الأخلاقيات، حيث تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم الجامعي، وحدّدتها، كما أوضحت معوقات تحقيقها، وأيضا تناولت التزامات الأستاذ الجامعي تّجاه زملائه وطلابه والإداريين والفنيين الكلمات المفتاحية: القيّم الأخلاقية؛ الجامعة؛ الأستاذ الجامعي؛ المعوقات؛ الالتزامات. university profession, as teaching is an important profession, which is essential in the life of the whole society, and it depends on its progress and its failure, whether it succeeds or fails Because the professor is the cornerstone of the educational process, the university education profession is a message rather than a function, based on the direct human interaction between the university professor and his students, and governed by a system of ethics, as this study dealt with the concept of the ethics of the university education profession and its definition, as the obstacles to its achievement have shown. She also addressed the university professor's commitments to his colleagues, students, administrators and technicians
